Description of the activities of the computer unit
- Reforming personnel information of professors and colleagues
- Reforming personnel information of students
- Doing amendments relating to the final status of students (dropped out – transferred, etc.)
- Corresponding all applications for new add and changes in the educational system with software engineering unit and pursuing and acquiring information of the requested items on the system and testing for all required items and sections.
- Performing all statistical matters relating to students with special status and employed and enrolled students requested by all managers and statistics from various agencies.
- Sending reports requested by various units
- Sending names to students to IT department to determine the Username
- Creation of new disciplines approved by the education system and definition of level and education system and definition of the law on that level.
- Receiving the results of commission on specific cases and recording it in the education system
- Development of statistics in general and in detail, including the number of disciplines and the number of students and presenting it to the statistics unit
- Changing the score of students in past and current semesters
- Withdrawal of the scores of students in past and current semesters
- Submitting the weekly summer semester program and presenting a report to the Department of Education and Institutions.
- Freshmen unit selection for every field and sending the unit selection forms to registration authorities
- Recording students' absence
- Sending the report of the names of dropped and expelled students to the Department of Education
- Sending the report of the names of the students who have selected units more or less than the expected to Department of Education
- Issuing student transcripts
- Guest or transferred student registration
